General Policies
Children under 12 stay free in parent’s room. Guests are required to show a photo ID and a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. A $200 deposit per stay will be authorized to your credit card at the time of check-in (prepaid credit cards are not accepted). Cash will be accepted at checkout only.

Smoking Policy
Hotel is 100% smoke-free

Check In and Check Out
Check in time is 3 p.m.
Check out time is 11 a.m.

Reservation Terms:

• Rates do not include tax
• All reservations will be charged a deposit equivalent to one full night stay with all applicable taxes.
• The credit card used to make the reservation must be valid for the entire stay and is required at check-in for verification.
• If booking on someone else’s behalf , please contact the hotel to make necessary arrangements.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and/or modifications must be placed at least 24 hours prior to arrival date in order to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations placed on or after 24 hours will be subject to a first-night penalty.

Non-Refundable Rate
Full payment(including tax) is required at time of booking and is non-refundable. Your credit card will be charged immediately for entire stay. By confirming your online hotel reservation you agree that the entire accommodation amount will be immediately charged to your credit card. Changes cannot be made to bookings. In the event of cancellation or shortened duration of stay, full or partial refunds are not available.

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking
A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

State, Local and Tourism Tax
Occupancy Tax City TAX USD: 12% per night
Sacramento Tourism Fee USD: 4% per night

Hotel Shuttle
The Governors Inn offers shuttle service to Sacramento International Airport and train station. The Shuttle operates from 7:00 am to 10 pm, seven-days-a-week.

From the Airport:
Secure your luggage first, then call hotel for pick up.

At The Hotel:
Upon check-in, schedule the shuttle for your return trip to the airport or train station.
